FlowState was born from a simple frustration: why was plumbing still operating like it was 1985? Founders Alex Rivera and Jordan Patel — a mechanical engineer and an IoT specialist — set out to build a plumbing company that felt as modern as the homes it serviced.
Starting with just a van and a vision in 2009, FlowState has grown into a team of 50+ licensed professionals serving over 5,000 homes across the greater Watertown area. Our approach combines master-level plumbing expertise with cutting-edge technology — from thermal leak detection to whole-home smart water systems.
